My last visit to Sicily's was quite satisfying. I'ts a great place to take the family out for quality food at a very reasonable price. I especially enjoyed the fact that they also had some healthy options. The staff seemed friendly and eager to help. The manager, I believe his name was Obie, even stopped by the table to check on us. I will definately be dining at this restaurant again in the future.

The food was good. The service was good. The value of the food was great. I enjoyed my meal.

I have been going to eat here for several years now, and my last visit was very disappointing. All of my complaints would be summed up as bad management. People were in line for clean plates to be brought out, and then they were still wet. The food selection was very disappointing,not well stocked on the bar and cold. The steak was tough. The salad bar had less items to choose from than I can remember from past experience. The desert choices had dropped in number and the cheesecakes were like eating raw dough. Where were the lemon squares and the Italian Cream cake? To top the whole evening off, my cup of coffee was stone cold. I am really upset because it was a Sunday evening, so I paid the highest price.

What has happened to this place? There was almost no one there. Plenty of employees with nothing to do. We received NO service: not drinks or taking of our plates. There was no one cutting meat at the meat carving center. An employee was back talking a supervisor. This same employee dropped a cleaning towel on the floor and then proceeded to clean around the salad bar with it. I was very, very disappointed.
