This restaurant is excellent! I've dined at the Power & Southern location for over 6 years. I've had other favorites in the past, but none as good as Serrano's. I dine out a lot. my father and grandfather have eaten almost every meal away from home, and I always have, too. Out of all the places, nothing beats the great service and food at Serrano's Mexican Restaurant. Most of my family eats there almost as often as I do.
