For a place that's supposed to be law compliant with NO SMOKING in a Bar/Restaurant, this place is a joke! A canvas type patio outside the building has "doors" that allow the prevailing Westerly wind to blow "smoke" emitted by smokers in the patio who are NOT actually out of doors, but more like in an adjacent room, to blow that stench into the interior of the business! When I am consuming food, I demand "clean air" to breathe that is not fouled by the stench of tobacco products!

had dinner at the new sapphire bar and grille.the service is terrible.it took almost 1 hour for our food. waitresses cannot multitask! will not be going back.
