A relatively new Japanese habachi style cuisine without the grill top tables where you can see the chefs cook in front of you. so don't go expecting that kind of restaurant as the name alludes to. The food was fresh and the service was quick. I ordered the steak and scallops and was pretty good. The restaurant is clean and well kept so you'll feel comfortable to dine in. I've not visited other Japanese places here in Mebane so I can't comment on how it stands up to the others.

This is a great little Japanese restaurant here in Mebane. One would find a cheap little takeout places in small cities but Sake does Hibachi as well as sushi. The ambiance was also nice. Although not as fancy as some steak houses in larger cities
