Rosa's Cafe is a great place to go to for great spanish food at a great price. This restaurant has great roast pork, which is what they are best known for, that is juicy and soft. They have food for all times of the day like breakfast, lunch, or dinner. My favorite is the breakfast sandwiche with sausage, egg, and cheese on fresh warm cuban bread. Rosa's Cafe is my favorite spanish restaurant in Lutz and Tampa.
