Every time I enter into Rosa's, I feel excited to eat there. Rosa's is one of the most known places to eat in Lubbock. It is very casual; you just walk up to the cash register and tell the employee what you want. One reason why I love Rosa's Cafe, is because the food is fast and cheap. The portions are just right. They are known for their queso and everytime one goes there, he or she must get the queso. Then you fill up your drink and wait for your number to be called. It only takes about 5 minutes for them to get the food ready. Then you enjoy your Rosa's meal!
