I found the atmosphere pleasant, but the service was very slow. The hollandaise sauce tasted like it came from a jar and had a chicken broth after taste. The hashbrowns were very good. The pancakes were very large, but tasteless. The bathroom soap dispenser did not work. The lock on the bathroom door was very hard to get to lock. We had to track done our waitress to ask for our check and again to pay the check. I would suggest going two blocks down the road to Jardettes Donut Shop for breakfast, if you want good food with good service.

Seems like it depends on who you get for a waiter, almost like the hired help care more than the owner? I use the drive through for coffee in mornings and 90% of the time it is OK. Today it tasted like krap, I don't even know what it was, maybe dish water? it was not the regular girl who does the window, replacement was rather snobby and seemed irritated. It's hit or miss with this place I guess.

We have tried many chinese places in Chlemsford and Billerica. The Ming is the best by far............

I had a large group and we had a wonderful time. We were given sufficient space in a private room. The menu accomodated all food types. Even the kids were happy with their hot dogs. The service was great and I would recommend this place to others

I deal with the public everyday. I get the worst of them. For someone to give this restaurant a bad review is simply snobby. Get a life. THE BEST ICE COFFEE. Pleasant service. I live in Chelmsford and Riverview Restaurant is the place to be at on a Sunday morning.

Waitress who brought menus practically threw them down onto a dirty table. When we asked for it to be wiped, another waitress managed to wipe it so that all the crumbs went onto our laps. Neither one was pleasant or welcoming. Our food was just okay - soda was flat. Also very loud. Need to hire a wait staff that likes to deal with the public!

We had driven past for years, then we tried the breakfast and this is now a destination. Sunday breakfast is the best, coffee is constant at no extra charge. We had to wait in line on only two occasions.

I've lived in Billerica all my life, but just recently discovered the Riverview....and what a find it was! Prices are great, and the food is even. However, my favorite thing about the Riverview is the ice coffee. A large is only $2 and is always delicious. Great overall restaurant.

Really a strong 2 to 3. Great place for breakfast. The place faces the wrong way. Most of the "Riverview" is of rte 4. Nice people buy some food from them, make there day.
