River Hills Restaurant is a program developed by East Missouri Action Agency. It is a collaborative effort to create new jobs, offer educational opportunities and develop small businesses. We are proud to provide increased opportunities for low-income families through restaurant training which will subsequently enhance their standard of living.
Since we opened in March 2009, we have established a loyal customer base that has come to appreciate our homemade comfort foods. Our menu appeals to families and to those we now call friends because we offer great quality at a reasonable price. We have worked hard to create a restaurant that has charm and a menu with special flair.
