Truly a family restaurant. On my way to Dodge city, Kansas, I stopped in Cimarron, Kansas at Richie's Restaurant to dine. I was ectastic when I wanted food that wasn't on the menu and the proprietor heard me. She immediately prepared what I wanted. And it was homemade. Thanks.
