The manager is a nasty piece of work. Belittling her staff is her most effective way to manage. She treats the patrons well, but then turns to yell at whomever is next on her list I guess. Too stressful to watch this kind of management. When aske about contacting the owner she said she is.
Good food but not always consistent.
The food here is freakin' awesome, the only reason I go back really, besides the really nice bartender in the lounge. My service has always been over the top in the lounge but when seated in the dining area it's been pretty lousy. Always takes a few to get seated, we get our tea and menus and then...
The food is good and they serve probably the best fast food tacos in town. However, be careful with their takeout service, especially at the drive thru and especially late night. They have a tendency to be distracted by matters inside the restaurant and I have often been shorted on my order. Go thr...

I have been eating at El sombrero for years and they used to be the best Mexican in Spokane but the last two times we had dinner - I have to say it was not so good. I don't know what they did to their Salsa but it tastes terrible so I got in the habit of bringing my own hot sauce. My husbands burr...

Worth the trip north. Hot and sour soup is outstanding! Ask for the seafood,(it isn't on the menu but Homer will make it for you). Ginger chicken unbelievable. Try it, you'll love it
Absolutly last time I give them another chance, food was cold, well below normal portions and their reply to complaint was DUH!

Food actually had no flavor, and for the price it was terrible. The restaurant itself is beautiful but not worth it
A friend of a friend suggested Geno's as a good place to eat. I took my mother, and her sister to Geno's based on this recommendation. When we first walked, in my mother and I looked at each other. We both were thinking, old world cheesy atmosphere, it could be a gem in the rough. Boy were we wr...

This place delivered the most disgusting chinese food we have EVER seen! It was not even edible! The delivery man pulled the food out of an old cooler/icebox, he had missing teeth and was NOT PROFFESSIONAL! Don't even think about ordering food from here... YOU WILL BE WASTING BOTH TIME AND MON...
My husband and I ate at the Mustard Seed in the North Town Mall few days ago. I had the Kung-Pao Chicken & Noodles and my husband had the General Mustard‘s Chicken. The noodles were undercooked, the seasoning was totally off and the chicken sauce was disgusting. The service was very good, though....
Thought the food was overpriced cold and not that tasty. I would never go back. By the way I gave it 3 chances.
My wife and I had lunch today and we were so disappointed by the garbage at the front door and the run down condition of the restaurant. There were only two waiters on duty and even though they tried to help everyone the service was poor. The restrooms are dirty and run down, there is a green mold g...
No one who enjoys eating authentic Mexican food will ever find anything good to eat at this place. The food is awful -- worse than Taco John's even. Don't waste your money.

Food tastes as if out of a jar. Service was horrible. Too much horsing around and chit chatting with each other that I think they forgot all about the guests. I asked for a manager and no one came after almost ten minutes. Left and will never go back.

What a shame of a resturant! The food is highly coloured, real lack of taste. The service was quite bad too! What a shame there is no other indian resturant in town!

I've eaten at this restaurant 4 times over the past two years while I'm in Spokane for work and this time was the last. I eat at a different Indian restaurant almost every month, but this was the worst indian food I've ever had in my life. I'm still puzzled at how bad it was. Not only was it bad in...

This was one of the worst dinning experiences ever. We love good mexican food and this was not even close. We will never come back.

Food tasteless at best. Open up a can of Chung King or microwave a frozen tv dinner and save your money.
