This place is the best Chinese food EVER! The cook and the waitress are husband and wife who are the nicest ppl ever. Thier food is delious and the prices are affordable. Tim Li is the best too.
I've tried going there three times and each time was disappointed by errors in my order and extremely rude customer service and management. The food is good, if you actually get what you ordered. A WONDERFUL place to dine and eat.
We were told that Hart-C's had great, old fashioned burgers and were hugely disappointed! Their "famous" steakburger was all bun, mayo, and lettuce with a bit of barbeque sauce...and the meat was miniscule. They charge over a dollar more for the steakburger as compared to a regular hamburger...so ...

Really good prime rib with all the trimmings. The service was good and I'd say my overall experience was good and I do plan to go back again and try some of their other dishes. Oh and don't forget to try the cheese bread.

Everything is homemade...including the sauce you get as much as you like without extra charges.
