Every time I enter into Rosa's, I feel excited to eat there. Rosa's is one of the most known places to eat in Lubbock. Best burgers in town. Can get pretty busy during lunch, but still relatively quick. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu but the bacon cheeseburger is my personal favorite.
Yes, Spanky's has the hands-down best fried cheese ever. However, employees are not that attentive and kitchen staff doesn't appear highly motivated. The food tastes good, if you like things a bit greasy, as I sometimes do.

Nothing in this world can compare to Spanky's Fried Cheese. Unlike any competitor, these cheese sticks are HUGE!!! Don't eat there without them!! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the experience can't be beat!!
Best Fried Cheese EVER!!!! You can't come to Lubbock without going to Spankys. A Texas Tech tridition. Best Burgers around!
