I order 3 hamburger combo and the service was great and very kind and friendly.I will tell any and everyone about Hardy Grill (Restaurant ). Keep up the good work.

This is now a "Chain Food" restaurant and is now overall very bad. We tried it twice and it was terrible. Expensive for what they service, bar atmosphere and very young inexperienced help. They do not even serve a decent hamburger!
Serious steaks.. If you like beef and like alot of it, this is the steak house for you, not much room in the place, kinda like a road house diner.
No frills, but good food
I visit Hofbrau Steaks at least 4-5 times a month. The steaks are delicious. The seafood (shrimp and catfish) is excellent especially with the Jamaican Jerk Spice. Good healthy fare, and fairly quick. Great for a quick dinner - lunches are crowded but quick. Brunch is just so so.
Service and quality was great. Waitress was willing to accommodate our special request for our order as well as serve breakfast beyond the usual time. It was an overall pleasant experience.

I went to the one in Houston, I have a toddler who likes everyone to know she is there. The food was really good, my original order was too spicy and they made me another dish.
The food was excellent. Never over spiced. Perfect. The people and friendly and always smile. I eat there about 3- 4 times a month. Just about every weekend.

after hearing the story on the news that these people held hostage thier customers for not paying a tip...then called the cops on them....when they were willing to pay for thier meal....this is criminal....people...no one should have to pay for any more than what they are purchasing....which is food...

i can not review this restaurant as i will never eat there. to set a manditory gratuity is uncalled for. if a customer does not feel their service warrants a certain percentage they sould have the opportunity to address the issue with management. remember the customer is ALWAYS right

After reading the artical of you locking in customers for not paying the tip. First let me say 17% for parties of 5 or more is robbery. And second the manager should have listened to them about bad service. I will make sure that I never darken your door step.
All I can say is..your review on Yahoo...indicates you are sexist,racial profilers,and really just poor white trash...Icould be wrong...but whats on the web...man..I would hate to be you....
