I LOVE YAMATOS!! No doubt the best place for sushi in a 50 mile radius! That hibachi grills are super fun too! I love to watch the kids faces at other tables, the flying flames and food are a hit with the kids! The decor leaves a little bit to be desired, but it's been the same for as long as I ...

good seafood and good atmosphere, but a little on the pricey side.
We went to your restaurant in Galveston on September 5, 2009 and we had a bad experience. We have been seated for 13 minutes and waiting to be assisted or asked for our order but a waiter approached and waited the customer who just arrive and seated next to our table. We elevated the matter to the ...

We were treated very rudely by the waitresses in this restaurant. My husband is disabled and can hardly walk. When we went in and asked to sit near the door, the girl seated us there, but then two of them were motioning across the restaurant behind our backs, that the other one should serve us. The...
What???? It is bad luck to serve French Bread in an Italian Restaurant. They do not serve Italian Bread - what gives? It is an insult to the Italian Heritage. Eat at your own risk - your luck may change to the downside. From a concerned Italian

We are from Erath Louisiana and I am often in Galveston for business. Fish Tales is a must stop place on my list even when I have no one to dine with. I have not yet had anything on the menu that was disappointing to the true Cajun Girl. I love the food as well as the varity of specialty drinks. Puf...

Galveston donut shop is great, but they are missing the two sisters...they had such a wonderful personality that put a shining light to every customer face. Everyday i drove down from Texas City and stop by there to get my large cup of coffee and one hot glazed donut...the owners there are really ni...
excellent restaurant!! the best ambience, people are very friendly dont expect a chain restaurant this is a family restaurant, delicious warm you feel like you're having dinner in a little italian restaurant.
Excellent dining, incredible food. Don't bring your kids, this is adult dining at its best...enjoy that. Locals and staff are kind and understanding if you don't act like a stupid tourist, which I was.
They don't want kids here. At least, they acted like they wished we TOURISTS with KIDS would leave so their BOI regulars could enjoy themselves. Very overrated place. We won't go back.
Perfect place , great service and even better food !
Tried several other restaurants in the area and were not satisfied with their food. Tried your restaurant for lunch on May 6, 2004 and liked it so well we returned for dinner that same evening. Some of the same waiter staff was still on duty and remembered us from lunch and welcomed us back agai...
