We had board dinner in their private dining room upstairs, and I ordered the scallops in black bean sauce. It was subtle and delicious!
Pho Nam was my introduction to Vietnamese soup in 1998. Since then, I have traveled the U.S. experiencing pho. I have ordered pho in Sioux Falls, SD; Rochester, NY; Dallas, TX; and Washington, DC, and Pho Nam is still my favorite!
I've been eating at Japanese Palace for 15 years and it remains one of my 3 favorite restaurants of all time. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. The Palace special is wonderful: soup, sesame seed salad, white rice (fried rice is extra and I recommend it!), grilled veggies, shrimp, beef and ...
What planet are you people from? Uncle Julio's is the best food in Fort Worth! I don't eat their Tex Mex...why would you when they have the grilled Plato Gordo with fajitas, grilled shrimp diablo, succulent ribs - all dipped in garlic butter complete with beans, guacamole and rice. The Cadillac plat...
Best kept secret in Fort Worth for supreme Mexican food. You watch 'em cook it up and then you pick it up at the grill counter. Great prices, fresh guacamole, great beans!! Yum!!! Limited tables but it's worth standing up for.
this restaurant is a great place to eat, if you enjoy Tex-Mex food!
Great food, good atmosphere, and wonderful service!!
The Old Neighborhood Grill was recommended to me by a friend and I found it a delightful place to eat. Peter and his crew were absolutely wonderful and the food was some of the best I have ever eaten. Great going, Peter, Jay was right about you! John C.
Dinner tonight was the worst tex-mex I have had in 10 years: overly salted salsa; fajita beef was artifically tenderized and steam cooked;small portions for a $13.95 meal; pay extra for cheese and sour cream; poor service. BAD VALUE AND WORSE FOOD AND SERVICE.
This is a wonderful hidden jewel in the Fort Worth dining scene. Order from the specials menu: Buffalo, antelope, emu, elk, baby salmon, baseball size filets.(I prefer the antelope,it's amazing) The chef really knows his stuff, but somewhat reserved about making appearances. Great apps and desserts...
Two visits to this restaurant were both very disappointing. I went through the drive-thru once and ordered two chicken dinners. When I got home, me and my girlfriend couldn't even eat the chicken because it was so dry and tasteless. That was a year or so ago. Recently, I tried again but this time or...
Visited the Chop House on two successive nights in June 2004...the second night is testimony to the experience on the first. From the greeting at the door to the bar to the service at the table we were made to feel sincerely welcome. Make a point of stopping at the bar...nice people, good drinks (ma...
This WAS a great place before it changed locations. The food was overpoweringly rich and overpriced with average service.
I've got to agree with the other reviewers - Taco Casa is WONDERFUL!! It reminds me of the old Taco Bell and Taco Bueno - when they originally started years ago. I, too, have turned several friends on to Taco Casa. I'm not a cheese person, and they are so nice about honoring my request for no cheese...
GREAT FOOD, GREAT PEOPLE, AND THE CHEF MADE MY DAY WHEN HE SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL LUNCH!!
Great, cheap, unique food. Unlike any other place.
Excellent place. Its a nice resturant that you can go on a romantic date or bring the kids for Sunday dinner. The food is awesome and they have an excellent wine choice!
Great restaurant, but beware their "specials." Don't be like us and neglect to ask the price (the server didn't volunteer it.) Apparently, a special entree means it is specially over-priced. One of the evening's specials last weekend was a filet with a seafood sauce. The menu price for the an 8 o...
Relating to Drive Through: Good Food, Good Service. But, the face to face ordering is annoying if you have more than one order to place. It's hard to remember everyone's order # from the menu.
Ignore the idiot above, this is a great place, with a unique atmosphere. A bit pricey, but overall it's worth it. The brisket tameles are incredible.
