Back in the days before Laura Miller's smoking ban, Insomia was a happenin' coffee shop in the middle of Deep Ellum. Friends would meet after a show or dinner, it'd be hard to find a seat. Since... business and energy has dropped dramatically- almost to an unexistant level. I still try to drop by on...
Foods great, waitstaff is attentive! A good choice for spending a good evening with friends. Reservations needed unless you go early.
A favorite of mine whenever in Dallas. Compares well to the best in Mexico City.
Medium priced, no frills, Italian home cooking. The waitpersons are friendly and attentive and the Tuscan Steak is to die for!

Excellent vegetarian restaurant in Dallas area. Vegan friendly. You won't be disappointed even you are not a vegetarian. It's situated in a Hare Krishna Temple, so the whole experience was quite special and spiritual!

Kalachandji's has an excellent, mostly vegan, all-vegetarian buffet for a low price. Take your food out to the courtyard and enjoy the beautiful patio area. Your server brings you refills and dessert. Delicious food. I just went with my husband and brother-in-law who, unlike me, are not vegetari...
It's a really nice getaway place for a quiet dinner for two or the whole family. Nice ambience and lighting for a nice quiet relaxing evening while eating dinner. (I haven't been there for lunch) Doesn't seem like a place for children.

Check out Kels Restaurant, a long time Dallas Favorite from the 60's, at Forest Ln. & The Tollway, that has just opened a 2nd location in Richardson. It's just south of Arapaho on Coit. This family owned restaurant still has excellent food at an inexpensive price. The people there also are so friend...

If you are looking for Home Cooking, look no farther! I can't get enough, my husband and family have tried almost everything on the menu~ The Veggies are fresh and just like mom's. And of course my father loves to get breakfast anytime of the day! Do yourself a favor and visit Kel's. They just open...

We had a great time there celebrating our friends birthday. Despite the long wait, it was well worth it. Would definitely go back again.

I've eaten at Kobe Steak House many, many times over the years and it is hands down my favorite place to eat out in Dallas! Yes, you have to wait, but it is definitely worth it. I have since moved to Oklahoma City and I miss this Dallas tradition. We could sure use a Kobe Steak House here in Oklahom...

Very good food and experience.
Great Philly Cheesesteaks! Yummy Pizza!
The Picture on this site does not fit the restraunt at all. This is a very crazy and fun restraunt. Every table and booth has a different theme (i.e. one table you get to eat inside a volcano). The waiters and bussers are all dressed as a fictional character (most being disney characters) and the...
Maguire's is an absolutely fabulous find! I've visited numerous times now, and everything that I've tried has been wonderful. From the delicious Maguire's Salad to scrumptious Lava Cake (hot fudge oozing from a freshly baked cake) and everything in-between, all that I've tried promises to become m...
