You gotta try the dry ribs (not the saucy ribs). These dry ribs are by far the best ribs I've ever eaten. Slow cooked in Hickory Smoke, then rubbed with Leonard's famous dry rub seasoning. Seated in 5 min on a busy Friday night, but that's where the experience went sour. SLOW as Christmas service and preachy waiter with major attitude made me want to get up and leave. We visited this restaurant as part of a "city tour". The tour guide said this was one of only two restaurants on Beale Street that he would recommend. We had a wonderful meal.. The "red beans and rice with sausage" was marvelous. Great service and full bar. Highly recommended.
