Hooper's is more of a bar than a restaurant. The cigarette smoke can be a bit much. However, the food has always been very good, the service is good, it's inexpensive and close to home. Not really a kid's restaurant for the reason stated above.

Food is OK. Service is not worth what you pay. Went in fir dinner after a long day at work and just wanted a quiet corner to sit and dine. Hostess and manager was reluctant to let me and my dining companion seat where we preferred. Even if an area is 'closed'', I should not have to 'beg' to sit...
