On November 1, a group accompanied me to Character's Pub for dinner. One person ordered dessert, two of us ordered hamburgers, and another ordered a chicken meal. The problem began when we ordered our hamburgers "medium" and they came out RARE. Our waitress was not very attentive to the table and ...
Loved it! Atmosphere was wonderful, the place was packed to the gills but even with that in mind we had excellent service. Easy to access and no problems with parking, located right behind the courthouse.

the best kept secret in lancaster. from the food to the service, this was 5 stars. great selections of food and wine, but you have to have the crabcakes, best ones this side of maryland
