Its a pizza shop menu with a restaurant type of environment. Good food & cheap prices
I wouldn't eat in the place but it's ok for take-out. They get some very shady characters in there so delivery is recommended. The food is good and the wings are among the best.

Its delicious wings and food but its more of a bar atmosphere on the inside and it doesnt even have a bar. its more a quick take out place. but the people are friendly, the food is good and if your just lookin to eat comfortable bills is a good place.
Bill's is a friendly place to go for food. It always has people in there, and everyone seems to have a good time with the employees. Their pizza has come a long way. Very good, and their wings are the best around.

The place is great, seafood excellent, excellent scallops, small and really tasty. The sandwiches are average, but the pizza is unique and tastes gourmet, did I say great seafood?
I only wish there was a menu online so I could order take-out right now!!!!!!!!!!
The food overall is pretty good. however, it couldn't hurt for them to go eco-friendly. for example, organic food. Things would run more efficently for take out if they had takeout menus and online. They have a wide variety of sandwhiches and the best part is, is that you can personalize your pizza ...
