GREAT GOURMET WINGS!!
Its delicious wings and food but its more of a bar atmosphere on the inside and it doesnt even have a bar. its more a quick take out place. but the people are friendly, the food is good and if your just lookin to eat comfortable bills is a good place.
Bill's is a friendly place to go for food. It always has people in there, and everyone seems to have a good time with the employees. Their pizza has come a long way. Very good, and their wings are the best around.
It's a bodega.
A fellow named George was working in the dining room, very nice , took time to chat a few minutes with.

As regular customers and very good tippers, we expected to have our water glasses filled after 10 minutes,. The waiter cleared a table instead of giving us a glass of water after 10 minutes. Obviously, they don't need our business, so, we won't give it to them anymore.
I eat there twice a week and I never get tired of it. The best Indian food I've ever eaten, even after I tasted the great curryhouses in London, England. The place is great, seafood excellent, excellent scallops, small and really tasty. The sandwiches are average, but the pizza is unique and tastes gourmet, did I say great seafood? I only wish there was a menu online so I could order take-out right now!!!!!!!!!!

I had the displeasure of ordering the veal parm. the pensil points tasted like they were rinced in toilet water, the veal tasted like a breaded shoe. The old man would turn in his grave, way to turn up the prices and down the service, shame on you.

My cousins and I get together a couple times a year at Karp's. Our families are from the area. this place is the best for quality, value and quantity. I don't know how they stay in business but it is the best.
I love the Homemade crabcake. The cajun scallops are out of this world. Always a great meal. You can't eat all the food. The salad bar is great,too.

I'm not quite sure how this deli makes any money. They make the BIGGEST hoagies that I've ever had I mean they fill the roll to the gills.(and I worked in a pizza place for 7 years) All the meats are quality meats, (Deitz & Watson) and their salads are also very good. I agree!! These are the best hoagies around!! I do have to say every once in a while they mess up (like putting on mayo instead of oil)...and speaking of oil...take a lot of napkins cause even if you ask for a little oil you get lots. But I still wouldn't go anywhere else for a hoagie!!
I have known the owner for a while now. He is the nicest person I have met in this type of business. He has catered events for me personally and for school. Even when I'm changing my menu or head count two or three times and it's probably driving him nuts...he's so patient. His food is delicious and...
