Have not been to Anthes since it's new ownership and visited it with my family on Easter, at best the food was room temperature, the service was below average, I actually thought it may have been our waitresses first day, waiting for your waitress to return for drinks or inquire how your meal was is ...

the best drive-in in akron! the dilly burger smashes the gally boy. the dilly twist is the best drink ever. the view while you eat also makes this the best drive-in in akron. swensons doesn't hold a candle to their food, service, or environment
Wonderful food with great prices. The staff was friendly, with really fast service. This may be one of my favorite restaurants!!!
Great place to eat
Yocono's is very good, but the old people dining there pretty much have monopolized the place. If you have white hair (or various shades of blue and gray), then THIS is the place for you.

We get Guiseppes pizza every Friday. They are the best in the Akron Area.

Not like the old Egg Castle at all..cold food, didn't taste that great...what happened?! Bakery case near empty...all in all, a very disappointing experience. Does Bernice still cook there? She was the best!

This is a highly over rated restaurant in the Akron area. I thought this would be a birthday treat but it was quite a disappointment. The food was average. They are supposed to have good steaks, but I'd say it was comparable to an average chain restaurant, but much more expensive. The service was t...

I had dinner tonight with my family and another family/friends. The service, food, and atmosphere was excellent as always. We will definitely be back!

Under new management the restaurant is an embarassment to the Anthe's name. My meat was like eating shoe leather and the Maurice salad which helped to make Anthe's famous is no longer on the menu. Tank goodness Nick Anthe's on Main Street still exists for the true fine dining experience.

I've gone to this restaurant quite a few times now and had pretty good food. Not bad for the price you pay. I will, however, not be returning after my visit today. I took my family to breakfast there and we waited for at least 45 minutes for the food to come out cold and prepared incorrectly. I ...

We decided to do something different for Thanksgiving this year and dine out at a place we've loved for years. We called at least a month ago and made reservations @ 4:00 P.M. and requested to sit in the lounge area.We were told at that time the piano player would be playing and it sounded like a nic...
Great value for the money, a real NASCAR on top of the bar (ryan Newman) great for watching any sports
Any one that posts a message regarding a restaurant that can spell worth two licks really doesn’t get much say so in my book. I have been to this restaurant several times and the wait staff is always very eager to please, the food is delicious and served in a timely fashion. It can be a bit darker a...

Under new management. Went by recomendation and got sauerkraut balls, and halibut. Terrible. Slow service and rude hostes. We later understood that the people who recomended us to Anthes ment Nick Anthes. We went to Nick Anthes, got the sauerkraut balls and Halibut, and realized what a waste of mone...

My friend and I stopped in Anthe's on a weekday afternoon for lunch. The restaurant is very nice and clean inside and out, and our waitress was very fast and efficient. We had fried oysters and stuffed mushrooms that were both delicious, as well as soups and main courses. The lunch specials are a...
When we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a friendly smile! We had prompt service, our server was very accomodating and knew the menu as well as the ingredients in each dish. It was obvious that the food was very high quality and the portions tremendous. The place was very clean and the ...

Dilly's is THE BEST! It's better than Swenson's!! Excellent food - great service. Variety of foods & love the local hospitality.
The ambience is dark, it appears that the darkness is mainly to cover up the dirt. The food was good although I was sickend by the thought of the dirty kitchen. The floor was coverd in what appared to be grease and food. Grille cooks did not have gloves on and it seemed that they where handeling num...

Terrible service. I would never go back. I got reffered to Anthes from a patron of Ken Stewarts Grille. I had the saeurkraut balls, and they were over done and had no flavor what so ever. Dont get Anthes confused with the much better restaurant NICK ANTHES on North Main Street. Nick Anthes is far mo...
