Lovely design, excellent food. We liked this restaurant very much -- the food was fresh and lively with rich, spicy undertones. Unlike some reviews, we had an excellent waiter and above average service. I also loved the cocktail bar and highly recommend the Ginger Cocktail.

The food in this cafe/deli is okay. The bread was a little dry, but the quality of "middle" ingredients made up for it somewhat. The coffees there are like any others: just as good as starbucks. However, the priceof things are a little high for the amount.

I visited Clary's today with a $25 gift certificate. I was told they no longer honor those even though the certificate says it never expires. I was there on June 23rd & the certificate was printed on May 28th!!!!!!
The food tasted OK, though one of the shrimps was obviously bad. Service was not prompt, and definitely pretentious as well as extremely expensive. I'll wait a while before I try it again.

Irritating service, greasy food. The restaurant was very hot and uncomfortable -- I felt like I was sitting with the people next to our table because I could hear every word they said. The chef refused to make the tofu without deep frying it -- I think everything is pre-made.
