A very pleasant restaurant with superb food and a fine wine list. Dining here is a true gourmet experience for a reasonable price.
Their wine list is exceptional and the prices are almost to good to be true. A real value!
The food is early American style, and the restaurant dates from the 1700's. Servers are in period costume. The food was outstanding, with extra-tender meats flavored with great sauces. Everyone, even the pickiest eaters, loved their meal.
My family and I can't eat here enough. Whenever we are in town we try to eat there at least once. The lemon ice cream and gingerbread is the best desert in the world. I have taken friends there from all over the world and they have loved this restaurant.
