This is the locals hangout! Everyone knows everyone else and the waitstaff make you feel like part of the gang. They do amazing made to order burgers right in fron of you. Nothing fancy, just great bar food. This a cool place for a quick bite and cheap drinks.

The service was a little slow (although it was a holiday), but the excellent food more than made up for it!

This building has been bad luck in the past for restaurants. We tried this place today at lunch for the first time since it became Japan Inn. I like the changes that have been made. The teriyaki chicken was excellent and the rangoons rank up there with the best I've had. We decided that in the n...

Great portions and value! My shrimp and chicken were so full of flavor! Can't wait to visit again!
After reading some negative reviews on another site, my husband & I thought we'd still give it a try for lunch. We weren't sorry! As soon as we were seated, the waitress came and took drink orders; we decided on the soup/salad lunch combo for $4.99. She asked if we wanted our salad first, which w...

I have experienced good service and value for 15 years at this location. It is a family restaurant equal to any of its kind. The clientel is ethnically mixed and that may translate to low ratings by some visitors.

The Carriage Club, the lower restaurant, is by far the best I've ever found in the Raleigh area. It's entrees range from $20-$30, but well worth it!

Your typical Cici's pizza quality. The service was however above average as they showed friendliness while acommodating our special pizza order. Overall, a good and quick pizza experience especially when you have a bounce of starving teen boys!
Don't bother going at lunch time. I had to stand with my tray in my hand (and my drink cup and my purse and my reading material)until a table was clear. The management offered me a seat outside (in 98 degree heat). The food is ok, but definately nothing special.
The would be a great bubba tea place had it not been the service. The server was reading a book outside and seemed a bit bother that I walked up and need to serve me. The odd thing was I came to find out he was the owner. This place much do good business for him to treat his customers that way. ...

Atmosphere is good, service is good, food is well below average. Beans have no flavor, bbq sauce is bland, chicken was overcooked and dry. I can see why Five Guys is packed, while Q Shack has about 4 tables full at 6 pm. Gotta have good BBQ in NC.

I love the food at Japan Inn... I have been 3 times in the past 2 weeks... The all you can eat lunch sushi is GREAT.... BUT... (there's always a but)... be prepared for lunch to take a full 2 hours... the kitchen is SLOW AS DIRT getting your food out to you... and if you do not order massive amounts...
Prices are too high, especially after realizing I was ordering frozen food I could get a Harris Teeter. Never recieved a reciept in which food prices had all of a sudden gone up! I have had an employee add addition tip on the bill in the past. Now I know I will never return. Hey burger King is ri...
Went for breakfast because we love their wings & figured breakfast would be good. The first visit was the second week they started having breakfast. They were very busy and our food and service was great. We waited a few more weeks and went again. We were the only ones there. The coffee was cold, an...

Organic is good, & I expect to pay more since the ingredients cost more (notwithstanding, that in Pizza they represent less than 20% of price regardless of where, what or who made it) but a major factor in eating is taste. That said, our food was prepared, by someone who seemed to think salt a...

The food is too expensive for what you get. The burgers do not come with any sides, sides are additional. $8.99 just for the burger.
