My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt across the street and thought instead of supporting Bahama Breeze, we would try Don Don's. Although there were few customers, it took 40 minutes to get our food. We were provided with no update on the food and told two different stories as to why it took so long....

This is far most one of the most unorganized, unprofessional places I've ever eaten at...Running out of food and drinks...We sat down and no one even asked us for a glass or water! I will never spend another DIME in this place...They wonder why their business is slow!!!!!

Dear Sirs, Last nite I bought some fries at the Church's restaurant in Kerrville, Texas on Sidney Baker Street. The fries were dry, tastless and cold. I paid over $5 for them and was very dissapointed.

Went to restarant, 2 of the 5 people we were with ordered from the kids menu because they weren't that hungry. Manager brought the food out and slammed it on the table, yelling that we couldnt order off the kids menu (even though waitress didn't say anything). We didnt touch the food and tried to le...

Ordered a Cake ...for all people our doctor. The cake was decorated as if a child did it. We were so embarassed to even show it, and even more embarassed to present it to her for her BIRTHDAY. We have ordered and bought many cakes from here and been happy. But now everytime I call to complain about ...

My takeout order: toasted wheat bagel, liverwurst, mayonnaise, onion, lettuce. What I got at home: UNtoasted bagel, tomato, lettuce, bologna. This place is AWFUL.
