Well, Cagneys over the past 3 yrs to me, when it was also another name, some things are good, and today, I could have taught you a lesson in BARFOLOGY! If you want roast beef open face, make sure you like horses. GAG GAG GAG. Better luck next time IF I GO THERE AGAIN
Sometimes you don't appreciate an all around great restaurant like Outwest when you live near by. My wife and I really miss this place and wish you could eat there again but we have moved away.
What a delightful place to enjoy a delicious steak dinner to celebrate a big birthday. 5 stars all the way. We will return even if it isn't a birthday celebration. Hugs
Absolutely, Handsdown, THE WORST place in Kernersville to eat! Will Never go back! Food was fair at best. Service was non-existent, and when I complained it was like I had no clue what service was about.

The food is pretty good although the wait staff are horrible. To me it seems they are not fond of black people. There is a big difference in the way they treat me as opposed to other diners of other races. They are not attentive and act like they do not want to serve you if you are black. Come on wa...
Disappointed with the bar (partially filled glasses, the worst margaritas) Food is good, service is great. Decor is great! Unfortunately the new "fresh" fries are soggy and greasy. Besides that, I like the stakes. I travel a lot world-wide, Outwest is tops (except the margaritas and fries) :-)

our dinner was not cooked our steaks were rare when ordered done we sent them back came back med rare when asked for manager we were told he was busy cooking he may want to get busy in cooking school food was terrible we could not even eat it but paid for it anyway
I really wanted some BBQ one day and the closest place was Cookout in Kernersville. So I went not expecting much. WELL WAS I SURPRISED! The BBQ was GREAT and loved the sauce! I was pleasantly surprised as to how "Lexingtonish" it was:) Will definitely eat here again!!
