I live in Stokesdale and I have friends that come all the way down from Martinsville, VA to dine here. The food and service are both excellent. I would like to suggest the Out West Sirloin and the Apple Cobbler. You'll never leave here without dessert again!

We had my husband's 50th Birthday there with 16 people. It was a wonderful experience. Several guests had never been there and they raved about the food: seafood, steaks, pasta, it was all great! The service was excellent and they were very accomodating with the special requests.
What a delightful place to enjoy a delicious steak dinner to celebrate a big birthday. 5 stars all the way. We will return even if it isn't a birthday celebration. Hugs
Sometimes you don't appreciate an all around great restaurant like Outwest when you live near by. My wife and I really miss this place and wish you could eat there again but we have moved away.
WOW, this restaurant is AWESOME! They have great soups and bread, and the people are always nice. I have yet to find one dirty. My faves there are their chicken noodle soup, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Their dried tomato bagels are also a great lunch, you should DEFINETLY try this place ...
We had takeout from this place the other day and I have no complaints. The pizza was good and we all enjoyed it. Papa johns is one of my favorite fast food pizza places.
Pizza Hut was good in it's day, however in recent years their food quality has come down quite a bit. The pizza is greasy and their ingredients are too fabricated. We prefer Blue Naples on Union Cross Rd. However, my daughter would disagree with my review, but she can offer her own review.
We took out here and the pizza was good. I personally like Little Ceaser's better but this was one of my best Pizza Hut experiences. It was good. You should try it.
This place rocks! It's the best pizza place in Kernersville. It has crunchy crust, and gooey cheese, and I love the pineapple topping.
I would say one of the top three restaurants in Kernersville (the others being Outwest and Cagney's). The food was awesome, plenty of it. We had the filet mignon tips. Very tender. Three of us ate for $25.

We usaully take out. This is really our favorite local barbque restaurant. I highly recomend it as an economical and delicious place to get barbque.

Absolutely, Handsdown, THE WORST place in Kernersville to eat! Will Never go back! Food was fair at best. Service was non-existent, and when I complained it was like I had no clue what service was about.
