The best, absolute best Chinese food. A wide selection on the menu for in house dinning or take-out both always well prepositioned and flavorful. My wife and I eat there in some way, take-out or for dinner, a couple a times a month and have for over 15 years. We love it.

We have been eating here since they first opened over 20 years ago. The food is always delicious, the Tai family members know all of their regular customers and make the effort to make your dining experience memorable. We eat here at least once a week for lunch and once a month for dinner.
the ice cream service and atmosphere are wonderful

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun, family friendly. The prices are reasonable and it's very convenient. We're glad to have Cookout in Kernersville.

My family loves the Cook-Out in Kernersville. That is our new favorite place to get great food at a reasonable price with the tray meal. Whether we eat inside or take our food home, the order is always correct and the food is yummy.

I really wanted some BBQ one day and the closest place was Cookout in Kernersville. So I went not expecting much. WELL WAS I SURPRISED! The BBQ was GREAT and loved the sauce! I was pleasantly surprised as to how "Lexingtonish" it was:) Will definitely eat here again!!
