Not willing to negotiate a problem we had with gift certificates. We experienced very rude treatment with this situation. Not a very nice location, either.
Probably the worst chinese food I have ever had-greasy and no taste at all.
Went to dinner with our daughter, an HPU student, on Friday (08-28-2010) was it ws very good. Somebody got an entree confused and served the wrong style of pasta. It was good none the less. The management comped a desert and coffee, which was delicious. The food was great. Overall 4 stars.
Oso's is my very favorite restaurant! We have dined there on many occasions and love the food and the staff. We took my son there for his 21st birthday and they made the experience very memorable for him. Special kudos to Wayne, the bartender.

Great menu choices. I have been there for lunch and dinner and have tried different menu items. All were excellent. Great taste and presenation. Ambience nice, too. Five stars all around!
Customer service leaves something to be desired. Overpriced.... Do not buy blt, because it is a 6 dollar tomato sandwich on lite bread! And dont bother asking for the manager.
Our family dined here in March for our mothers birthday. Basically our table was given away after being told it was available and the manager was pretty rude and stressed out because of a busy night. Will never dine here again.
