The first sign that we should have turned and ran was that this place is next to a strip mall. The exterior looked dilapidated. Screaming children and obnoxious talk from other tables made for an anxiety filled evening. The salmon plate appetizer was terrible. It looked cheap and tasted bland. Cashe...
Bonnie Kay’s is the most family oriented restaurant I have ever been and my family ran restaurants for years. With the restaurant nestled behind the two private ponds and a walking bridge over the water for feeding the fish, turtles, ducks and geese. So don’t eat all you’re hush puppies! The kids wi...
I was surprised not to see this one at the top of the list. I love Mexican food and have dined at most of the Mexican restaurants in Greensboro, including all the ones on your list. The quality of ingredients they use, along with the care to ensure authenticity makes the food at La Bamba stand out...

This was such a treat!!! Great food in a "Mom & Pop" style atmosphere. Just like being at home w/ mom in the kitchen. The fried artichoke appetizer is wonderful and the veal is fabulous. I take everyone who visits to eat here and recommend it all the time.
WE LOVE THIS RESTURANT VERY MUCH I MEAN I WOULD GO OUT TO EAT THERE EVERY DAY IF IT WASNT THAT EXPENSE BUT THEY HAVE WONDERFUL FOOD!!!!!
went with out of town guests and was an awful experience. Waitress had no clue what was in the special, calamari was hard and cold and service was awful. Never again
Changes are not always for the better. This "fish camp" style restaurant has been a staple in my life since I was a child. Patrons could always depend on a meal of fresh, well prepared seafood not unlike they might expect from the seafood establishments found in historic Little River, NC. Sadl...

Bonefish is definitely my favorite restaurant to indulge in. The appetizer scallops are so delicious and the salmon here is excellent, too. It's also a place to get a great steak. The atmosphere offers the perfect date setting and also a place to take friends for drinks. Not too kid-friendly, but cl...
For the price, this place has good portions and fairly good seafood quality. However, if you are looking for great seafood then you should spend a bit more and go elsewhere (my favorite in the Triad is Bone Fish Grill). But for a quick bite during the lunch hour, it is not a bad choice. Under the...
I ate at Bert's 9/28/07 w/husband friend. Very nice atmosphere. We shared the clams & musssels in an orzo tomato based broth - Delicous! It came w/3 slices of decent toasted breatd. (By the way, bread in this place is considered a side which I find hard to believe.) I could have had that for my...
This is my favorite japanese steak house ever!! They have great service and top notch food! Great for kids as well!
Family Restaurant. Good, reasonably priced menu with choices of baked, broiled, fried. View of pond and geese adds to ambience. Good senior priced plates.
Wow! This is one amazing little restaurant. We stopped in a little after nine, and were given priority service. We bought two chalupas and a fajita, and got out for only $11.00. We had enough food for lunch the next day! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes authentic Mexican!!
This is the best Japanese food in town. It's got a wide variety of dishes to choose from besides their great sushi.
Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, great entertainment that does NOT interfere with your meal. A bit pricey, but worth it!
Bert's has a new location in Greensboro. Since there move, not only is the food innovative and inviting, but the atmosphere is as well. They have moved to a better neighborhood and the atmosphere now equals the level of service (linen tablecloths and all!). They also now take reservations as well.
Berts is where I go when I have business visitors. The food and service there never fail to impress my clients and help me win orders.
now in the NEW BUILDING! and atmosphere has changed but ambiamce still great and selection improved- wonderful shellfish and always THE best fresh fish -great desserts... not a spot to take the toddlers, but who couldn't love a Grownup Only Restaurant!
Hibachi outings are most fun when you go w/ a group so that you know everyone at your table (tables seat about 8-10 people). Arigato happens to be my favorite Japanese restaurant in GSO. Teriyaki dishes are fantastic (particularly, the lobster)! I question their authenticity a little bit, as recentl...
