Go for the authentic food, not the ambiance. Not the usual Mexican Restaurant formula. Excellent value. Lots of wonderful seafood entries. Try the Ceviche Tacos for a light lunch.
This is a great place to eat. Customer Service is excellent. All the waiters and servers are very nice and friendly. The food is great and at a great price. You also get free chips and salsa, how about that.
Our favorite Mexican restaurant!! We usually eat there at least twice a week.
We have been dining at El Carreton for years. It is the favorite place of my two boys. The folks there are truly special, Divina is simply the best. Good margaritas too.
La Bamba is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in Greensboro. They also have a location on State Street that is just as good. The food always comes out piping hot. I've rarely waited more than 10 minutes to receive a meal (if that long!), even with a group. Their salsa is excellent, too.....
Wow! This is one amazing little restaurant. We stopped in a little after nine, and were given priority service. We bought two chalupas and a fajita, and got out for only $11.00. We had enough food for lunch the next day! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes authentic Mexican!!
I was surprised not to see this one at the top of the list. I love Mexican food and have dined at most of the Mexican restaurants in Greensboro, including all the ones on your list. The quality of ingredients they use, along with the care to ensure authenticity makes the food at La Bamba stand out...
my family has been going to La Hacienda Restaurante for years, since i was 8 months old. we started out in another town and since i started school at UNCG we have been at this new one pretty much every other weekend. i can walk in there and see the same people i grew up with and i love it. its nice...

This is one of my favorite places. Good food, good service, good value and I enjoy the ambience. My favorite thing there is the "streaker" usually Joey Bag of Donuts. It's healthy, clean and I'm big one for Moe Monday's. This is a great value day!

We're new in town but have been here 3 times in 2 weeks with perfect food and serive every time! This is authentic. I reccomend the Poblanos.
During our vacation we stopped here for dinner the food was amazing. As far as good authentic Mexican food goes this is where you need to go. They were very attentive making sure everything was fine. It only makes me sad that there are no restaurants like this where we live.
My family and I have eaten here many times, the shrimp chimichanga is a great item and the shrimp quesadilla, the shrimp are large! The menu also offers options for my vegetarian grandson. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
