Food was ok and the service was good. Ladies room smelled bad (sewer back-up, maybe) and they charge for each refill on a soft drink, they need to put that in their menu!!
Best place to eat in Troy and one of the better mexican restaurants in all of St. Louis!

Chihuahua's is a family friendly atmosphere in the restaurant area and is a fun filled time to hang out within the bar area with friends! Our food is always good and the service is timely.
