I love Hinode. It is one of my favorite restaurants in Springfield. If you go for lunch it is a deal and you get a ton of food, dinner is a little more expensive but it is still great food. Even just getting the chicken is great and the steak, shrimp, and sushi helps to take it over the top. A+.

Good food with a nice atmosphere. Chef could have been more interactive, but prepared a fine meal. Additional waitstaff was poor. I thought the prices were a bit high for the portion size.
IT WAS AWESOME! THE STAFF AND EVERYTHING IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN NAKATOS. NAKATO IS SO OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED FOR WHAT THEY GIVE. GET THE DRAGON BDAY SPECIAL, IT WAS REALLY SOMETHING AND REALLY SPECIAL!
