my husband and i love this restaurant and we only had to wait for about 15 minutes but thats alright because steak n shake isnt a fast food service restaurant and we did get our condiments but only because we saw the sign that said "condiments upon request"
this was a very good dining expierence. they have newly remodeled and added more of a buffet.
