I got engaged here, on the patio. The food and the staff were wonderful.
We eat here everytime we are in Mpls. It is one of the highlights of our trip. Great Greek food!! They catered our daughter's wedding 13 years ago and we still love it.
Their egg lemon soup is to die for! Fun place to be, to visit & eat. On nice days the patio is a great to sit and people watch. The decor inside on the walls is captivating.
This is the best and most Authentic Greek food in the Twin Cities. The Octopus is to die for and the Roast leg of Lamb is tender and delicious. Don't order the steak as you might be dissapointed, but you should be trying the Greek dishes anyway, so it would be your own fault!
I enjoyed the experience of the spacious garden view within a city atmosphere. The selections (featuring the flavorful, tender lamb) were good. The service was attentive; the music flowed quietly (rather than blaring) to leave us room to talk.
Always a pleasure to eat here. The gyro sandwich is my favorite*****!
I abosulutely LOVE this restaurant Ive tried some of the other Greek restaurants in town like Jerusalems, Falafel King, Its Greek to me, etc... but I by far like Java the best there fried vegetables are the best by far along with there hummus...they also offer a very tasty and powerful garlic sauce ...
This is an Egyptian/Middle Eastern Restaurant. They have delicious food! Lots of variety for both meat eaters and vegetarians.
I having been eating Javas food since they were on hennipen ave in downtown minneapolis. And since my first bite from the womb they are hands down one of the best Middle Eastern/Egyptian restaurants in the Twin Cities. My first date with my now husband was at Java 14 years ago and their food keeps us coming back, I love their gyros the tahini sauce makes it unique, my husband loves their hummos and kabobs, our son loves the tangy, spicy wonderful wings. Sometimes we get the combos and share. WE LOVE THIS RESTAURAN...
I have patronized this restaurant since the late 70s. They have the best spinach pie and vegetarian lentil soup that I have ever had. The falafel sandwich is also superb. When I come back to Minnesota, Java is usually my first stop.
This is a small gem of a diner in Uptown Minneapolis. If you like hashbrowns this is THE place for you. The menu is limited, but the food is great.
You will feel like you stepped back in time when you step into the place.
Best chicken wings in the history of the free world. Tue and Thurs special is fantastic. Be very careful, you will be seduced by the herbs and spices (not like KFC-these are good) and will lose interest in all other aspects of life. I shall never be free of my undying craving for my lovely wings....
My dining experience at Campiello was exquisite. Great Martini list and excellent food. The ambiance is open warmth, beautiful decor, and excellent food. Definitely tops on my list of favorite restaurants.
This was a fun experience. I can't wait until the new one opens in Calhoun Square.
The service and food were great and I was treated like I was the only customer they even thought there was a big party not far from me.

One of the best breakfasts in town.
Uptown has it all: a great place to catch a show and cure any ill after-effects the next morning. Great bloodys and huge portions.
Chino's has exellent and exotic food to choose from. Good quality sushi, flavorful and spicy entrees, and a very fun drink menu. But the atmosphere is the best.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, the meal was delicious and the service was great. I hope everyone gets to eat there at least once. Try the sweet potatoes and fried chicken if you are adventurous try the Alligator.
