This is a fabulous place! Very quaint environment with outstanding Italian cuisine. A very romantic little piece of Italy. The Chef is very personable and makes you feel at home. The service is outstanding, wine list very long and easy on the pocket book. Enjoy!
After being told about this place by my younger brother, I started going there once in a while myself. The waitress' are great and the food is great! My favorite is now the sausage gravy and biscuits just like my brother's.
This is a great small town cafe. The decor is fishing and Minnesota outdoors. The food is great especially the omlettes. Service is great, but food is a little pricy for the area. Expect a 15-30 minute wait to be seated on the weekends. Cafe only serves breakfast and lunch.

I have been a resident of Champlin for 20+ years and it's about time we get a restaurant of this quality. I have been going to El Toros since they opened and I feel like I am in the heart of Mexico. The service is five star and the I never leave hungry. The food is awesome. Good value for area.

I was a regular for awhile but couldn't take the bad service. I like coffee in my cup without going to the counter for a refill. The owner doesn't seem to care.
