The Ambassador is a great restaurant that is known for its pizza and their large mixed drinks called fish bowls. The Ambassador is kid friendly if you go there early enough, but it does have more of a bar atmosphere on late weekend nights.
I am a previous bartender at this establishment, so i am speaking from the other side of the counter. I can say from expierence that the Kitchen excellently managed, and the pizza is out of this world. It is a family owned company that has been a staple in the Houghton community for a very long time...
I have been going to the Ambassador my entire life, especially after hockey games. The pizza is great, none can beat it! I have lived away from the area for years and finally went back last year and again this year. Still the best!
