The waitress was nice + owner(?) helpful to a fault, accommodating in every possible way. BUT the food was worst I have ever eaten in an Oriental restaurant. The sweet + sour pork tasted like cardboard + chunks was so large they had to be cut into at least 2, often 3, parts. Quantity of rice size of...
great place to eat. employees are very friendly and the food is some of the best Chinese in town. i try to go at least once a month. highly recommended!!!
Excellent Service and Quality of Food
Excellent Chinese food!
My family and I go to eat at The Imperial at least one Sunday a month. Every time we have been there, the food has been amazing. The service is wonderful, and the staff is so friendly. We've gotten to the point now where the waitresses have memorized our order and know exactly how we like our food p...
Our waitress is very good. She must be the same one as the previous review. Our favorites are also memorized. We just ask for our usual and it is ready!!!
This is the only Chinese restaurant that I will eat in in the tri-state area. I frequent this place and have for years, ever since May Wahs closed long ago.
good food at good prices. Great place to just go for drinks or check out a band on the weekends!
The Staff had smiles on their faces the entire night. That can really help when you are going in there with the worst day you've had. You have no choice but to be in a much better move. The food indescribable. ABSOLUTELY Stupendous. You must try the Seafood Chowder and The rolled sandwich. awesome!!...
My Wife and I dined in ther recently and must tell you that it is the nicest dining experience. The food was reasonably priced if not lower. In My opinion, this is a restaurant you walk in and immediately think about the prices, not here. Mike, the guy who runs the joint, really knows what he's doin...

I am in awe of the new owners methods. They use only the best ingredients for their pizzas and sandwhiches. The pizza is not oilly like most places but is not over priced either. I would recommend going here to any pizza lover.
Old lady at cashier in very unfriendly. She has been there for quite awhile and everytime I go there she can never smile. If they got rid of her the whole dining experience would be much better although the food is very good for the price.
While living in Hagerstown for a short time a few years ago, Rick's China Garden was a regular. The food is fantastic and the prices are great! The buffet is always fresh. Even now, living all the way in Baltimore, my husband and I still travel to Hagerstown for Rick's. Highly recommended.
food taste burned I dont no how you call the sauce homemade it tasted burned
overpriced very very mediocre food, being from NEw Haven CT, I would put my worst restaurant in New haven up against Roccos. The sauce from my friends italian dish tasted liked canned sauce,,,,,,very very weak!!!
Rocco's has been my favorite "funky" Italian restaurant in Hagerstown since the late 1940s. The food is tasty and a good value. Step into Rocco's and step back into the 1950s. A good meal for the buck.
best calamari for miles and miles --- great meat balls --- the lounge has 3 big tv's they give you a remote to use. easy to find just off 40 east
Great Restaurant, Great Food, Great Service for a Great Price.
DELICIOUS,FRESH FOOD SERVED PROMPTLY. SEAFOOD PASTA IS THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD. THE FRIED CHEESE CAKE IS A MUST HAVE.
The meatballs are the best ever! Our favorite meal is the spaghetti and meatballs with the eggplant parmesan running a close second. The restaurant is clean and the service is terrific! We eat in a lot of restaurants, from mom/pop restaurants, to franchises, to upscale/high end establishments and ...
