Nice experience, but very surprized at the fact that our bill listed every single item that we ordered separately. Where to start, staff was rude, slow, even management was there and didn't care about anything. I got scallops and they tasted very sandy and gritty, pretty gross. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and will not be returning.
My family also had an experience where we were led to believe that certain items were included and were surprised by the bill. This is obviously a deliberate practice of trickery. My wife and I ate there this week for the first time in years. It has really changed, really cleaned up and improved through out. I had the steamed crabs and my wife had their steak. Both were very good. We will be going back again.
This is a nice little place to have Breakfast or Lunch and also deli sandwiches all day long. Call in and the order will be ready when you arrive, or they will deliver your meals to you. Nice Place!

We have never eaten in at Chans, as it is a take- out restaurant. We get delivery service 90% of the time. We have eaten from many local Chinese restaurants, and this one is the best! You do not go here to dine in. The eatry part is very small, out dated and a little dingy. This is my favorite place to get Chinese food to take home, not to dine at.

This is by far the best place to get Chinese Food in The Hagerstown area. They deliver in a timely fashion, and the food is always hot and is of excellent quality and taste. Highly recommended! Those who have posted otherwise do not know what they are talking about.
