Wow! What an excellent place for lunch. The restaurant is decorated to look like the inside of some rich person, but the food, staff, and especially the atmosphere made me feel right at home; even in my shorts and sandles. The prices are reasonable, and when you see the large portion of food you ...
the food here is excellent.. it is buffet from 11-2.. its great food... the one on ambassador caffrey is the buffet location but there is an express location on kaliste saloom and the meat is cooked on an upright flame broiler.. ITS AWESOME!! If you are in for a quick fix for lunch, its wonderful!! ...
Athena definitely has some of the best Greek/Leb food in the city! Blows Zeus out of the water, by far! The buffet to go is a great value. You get two boxes for like $9. I always HAVE to add a Leb tea to go as well because it just rocks!
This surpasses Zeus by a long haul. THe food is wonderful, service is amazing, and the music played is lovely. Me being a middle easterner, it's refreshing to go somewhere that truly gives the complete lebanese/greek experience for such a good price.
Food is excellent and you don't have to deal with the arrogant brothers of Zues'. Wish they served alcohol but the food is so good it doesn't matter. Love the complimentary soup!
My family and myself were there on April 13, 2008, for brunch, all the food was cold, the catfish, the eggs benedict, every single entree' was cold. Will never go there again. The only thing that was hot was the gumbo, but it tasted like roux. This use to be a great restaurant. What happened.

My family and I were in Lafayette for a family reunion. We found the Blue Dog on a recommendation of the desk clerk at the hotel. The food was so good, we ate dinner twice and on the third night, ordered the Gumbo to go. Everything we had was excellent; from the appetizers to the entrees. There w...

BUNS has the best "homemade" hamburgers in town. They also have a "Lafayette hot dog" that surpasses any I have eaten in town. Their menu is not extensive, but the food cannot be beat any place! Its truly a wonderful eating experience.

service was horrible! I drank a whole bottle of wine before my appetizer came out. my steak was cooked well done and I asked for medium. the whole experience was terrible and I'm never going back.
Really terrible for the price you pay. The fish was raw, the steak was overdone and the appetizers came at the same time as the main course. This is not a good place to bring visitors, there are plenty of other seafood restaurants in Lafayette that are way better for the same price.
FELT A LITTLE BIT OF A OLDER CROWD SERVERS NEED TO UPDATE ATTIRE, SO DOES OVERALL REST.
old, old, old, The only words i can use. staff stuck in the 60's, so is decore. food no taste, small portions, arrival greeting the worst ever.
needs newer updates, seemed to be a very diorganized unprofessional, dirty place. tried it once but not again!
I have eaten at the Ruth's Chris in Phoenix,Az. and believe this to be the same chain. The Steaks are unbelievable! Served still sizzling in the butter they are cooked in. Very expensive. If you're looking for a great steak experience, you should try it once and decide whether the atmosphere is for ...

The food was excellent! This was a first-timers experience and I will definitely eat there again. The mood and setting in the restaurant was relaxing. The waitress was very helping. She suggested a few items on the menu and I loved them all. The house dressing on the salad was amazing! It was a very...

I eat sushi several times a week and have tried every sushi restaurant in Lafayette several times. Samuri Sushi Bar is by far the best in the area. The fish is freshly imported several times a week from New Orleans. They are very friendly and remember repeat customers. Well worth the visit!

The service and quality of food here is almost as if you are really in tokyo. I recommend this eatery to all who enjoy an exciting asian dinning experience. The best in the south.
The service was terrible. We waited for an hour and never got the salad. They brought our food to cook and took it back into the kitchen when 2 other people showed up. After an hour and 10 minutes we paid for drinks, asked to speak to a manager and were told that the manager was not there. The servi...
