We had an incredible dining experience!! The meal starts with a basket of sliced fruit and breads and melted cheese for dipping. This is followed with a house salad. The main course is your choice of three meats and a very large platter of assorted vegetables. I had the beef tenderloin, lobster, and...
My wife and I always escape to Lucernes whenever we get alone time. We have been to every quality eatery within 50 miles of Rockford, and Lucernes is in the top 2. Don't change a thing!!
Im from Beloit and was recently introduced to the fondue concept a couple years ago by my husband (recently married). We LOVE coming to Lucernes for special occasions or maybe just some time alone. Lucernes provides an intimate dining expereience and great food and customer service. I love that Luce...
Great value in a nice environment. I LOVE their pizza, and the fact that they are open really late. The staff is friendly and the prices are great. Great tasting Italian food for almost half of what some places are asking
Luigi's is a small, hidden gem about a block from Rockford College. Our family decided to order pizza from them after reading reviews posted on Chowhound.com and we are happy we did. We ordered a large double cheese, sausage, pepperoni, olive, and green pepper pizza and it was ready to go in less t...
Always, always good food. One of the few remaining independent restaurants with a great menu and friendly staff. We love it! Try the salmon salad, or a burger. Great!
Excellent. $5.95 for a large pizza or go with the famous panizza for 3.02 with tax. Menu is excellent for any type of diner. Excellent value. If your in a hurry it is the best italian food you can have!
Rib City Grill & Deli is what you expect it to be, reasonably priced, better than average sandwich and lunch fare, that you can get freshly prepared. It's not a sit down restaurant, although you can sit down and eat. The sandwiches are above average, the prices quite reasonable and you can get an ev...
I had placed an order for two pizzas and the total was $23.48. I gave them $40(two twenties) and they only gave me $6.52 in change. When i called to complain they claimed i had only given them $30(a ten and a twenty) which is know is a complete lie because i had just gone to the ATM to get cash for ...
Poor service...Owners attitude was less than expected .. hang up on you... tell you they are not delivering tonight ... after ordering for many years and getting deliveries. I refuse to order ever again and will tell everyone I know of my experience and treatment. I am all done with 2nd class establ...
Not your ordinary Italian Restaurant. The food was amazing and the wait staff was able to accurately describe it.
Cozy interior. Food was great. We will go back again.
Yen Ching is by far the best restaurant that I have been to for this style of food. The workers are friendly, warm, and inviting. It is great to sit by the large aquarium to watch the fish swim while eating in a relaxed environment.
