Got my food and was highly disappointed!
This dump is horrible. The wait staff was rude and unprofessional!!! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!

The waitress was very rude stuck her tongue out at us when we ordered a shake. When we asked what kind of danish they had, she said didn't you look when you came in? So we had to go look to see what kind they had. Very rude lady.

I have been going to Lutz since I was a kid. I had my wedding cake from here and continue to pick up cakes and pastries whenever I can. This is truly a Chicago treasure.
