This is the first Bob Evans I ever visited and I've been seeking them out ever since whenever I get to Illinois. They the greatest sausage gravy outside of Kentucky.
The best experience I've ever had at a dine=in restaurant in years! I was visiting a friend in Dearborn Hts. and she suggested the Bob Evans on Michigan Ave. in Dearborn. I was hesitant at first, but I was very, very pleased. I was so pleased to see managers constantly walking around the dining room ...
GOOD VALUE FOR FOOD THAT IS BASIC AND GOOD.
We've been going to the Ozark House for several years now. It consistently has exceptionally good food, service and it's a great value. In our opinion it is one of the best resturants in town.
Great chicken, pork!! Very cold beer. Never had anything bad here, I love their crab stuffed mushrooms. More of a "lodge" type atmosphere.
I'm really puzzled by the reviews on this site for The Ozark House. While it is by no means perfect, I have been going there for over 10 years and can say it is truly a gem in the Bloomington-Peoria area. The comments about the decor is true, it's a little outdated, but if you're talking about t...
When I come into town this is the first place I visit! I have lived all over and I crave the french onion soup, BBQ ribs (Chicken or pork loin), prime rib, and even the creamy garlic salad dressing. I would suggest checking out this place, it beats all the chains in town and has a warm family fe...

A friend insisted I had to try NaNa Thai for dinner when I mentioned Bloomington was the destination for that evenings motorcycle ride. We took her advice and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Thai Springrolls to start and they were delicious. They were cruncy and didn't appear greasy at ...
the best mexican fast food in bloomington,il..there tacos and tortas are delicious and are always fresh to order unlike the other restaurants in bloomington.when ur cash is low this is the best place to eat. Also the owners are always there to please.
Certainly the most authentic Mexican food I had outside of Mexico. Tacos are just like what you get from a street vendor in Mexico. Right down to the guacamole sauce you see all over parts of Mexico. (The runny kind with cilantro.)

Excellent as always. Food is always top notch, service is great. Be sure to go to the lounge for a drink after 7:30 pm and hear Chuck play the piano.

Great ambiance and atmosphere set in the historic charm of an old fire station. From steaks to seafood and pastas to several unique specialty chef's selections, we were impressed.
This was our first experience at the Ozark House and it was definately not a bad one. The service was fine (not sure why the other people are complaining about it, maybe just one bad server or a bad night), the food was good (I got the BBQ), and price was right. The only complaint I have was in th...
Just moved here from Chicago and I was disappointed in the selections of restaurants in the area. My husband chose the Ozark House to celebrate his 30th birthday. I'd never been there, but had heard about the famous barbecue. I ordered the special of the night, blue cheese crusted filet. Althoug...

THIS IS THE BEST BBQ IN TOWN. THE LOCATION AND BUILDING THAT IT IS IN ARE LESS THAN DESIRABLE.

Yum! We grabbed some lunch to go on our way out of town and it only took about 10 min. The thai spring roles are the best we've had (and so was the sweet/sour sauce). Each of our dishes (both noodle dishes...I forget what exactly) were delish. We'd definitely go again and reccomend this place to...

I got a 5 star chicken rice dish and the sampler appetizer platter which came to $16.32 (carry-out, no tip). I got 2 meals out of it. Thats $8.16 PER MEAL. The appetizers were very small. Basically WAY overpriced, but then I guess all dine-out food is these days.
