This is probably my favorite restaurant in the city. Though casual and cheap, the food is the best mexican in Atlanta, and the ambience is excellent. I have never been there without running into at least one person I knew. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody in a heartbeat.
It is the BEST oxtails that I have ever had. I was addicted to them for a while.
I believe the food is excellent. The plates are pretty much in good portion and the food tastes great and fresh every time.
I drove a friend back to the Atlanta Airport and could not wait to try this "Jamaican" Restaurant. It was mother's day and I had both my kids with me, also my cousin who was visitng from NY. Ironically my cousin's mom is Jamaican, so he knows Jamaican food. I am from Barbados. Even though the men...
A clean and friendly, family-run operation with huge Italian subs and Philly Style cheese-steaks.
Upscale but not expensive, the subs are giant-size, and made fresh to order. This is the closest I've found to an authentic, Jersey-style sandwich shop in Atlanta. The bread is fantastic. They also h...
I recently visited Just Loaf'N and I'm sorry to say I was not pleased with the food or the service. It's easy to say you're from Louisiana but to cook like it is something else.
I love Justins, I have been there several times and I have loved what I have had each time.
We took a difficult friend there one time and the staff was way more patient with her then I was. The ambiance is nice and you get your money's worth. They could be a little more quicker with the bread, b...
August Moon is an excellent Japanese restaurant. The staff is friendly, the ambiance is nice, and the sushi is only $1. I've only eaten at the hibachi grill once, but it was very good, and from what I remember, the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant - especially for s...
Great Hibachi style dining experience. Friendly staff, and talented chefs. Great showmanship.
Consistently indifferent and surly service. Same attitude at the Ponce de Leon location.
This restaurant is worth the extra money just to sit--and if but for a moment--believe that you are dining in France!
I loved the ambiance, food, and service: it is rare to find all three in one restaurant. La Paz serves a variety of chips, including blue corn chips (wow!)and two salsas, red & green, which is the authentic way to serve them. I tried the steak and shrimp fajitas--excellent. Definitely a great pl...
I love this place!! I recently relocated to Roswell and was thrilled to find this delightful place. The staff and owner are fantastic, the coffee is always fresh and the atomosphere can't be beat!
It was tricky to find at first but totally worth the hassle once we arrived. Hello tranquility! Met up with a friend here for some morning coffee. We took our french press down to one of the decks by the river. Great coffee in a lovely setting!
This is a great restaurant and the food is excellent, especially the pork. Even the Cuban coffee is authentic (they don't pass regular espresso off as the real thing). However, I would suggest dining way before closing time as I often get the impression that they want to close up ASAP, even on Satur...
Las Palmeras is located in a midtown neighborhood...very cool spot. The rotisserie chicken was cooked well, but it was a little bit greasy. They claimed it was the special of the night, but i've had much better for less. For Cuban-style chicken, it needed more flavor. The yuca was cooked just ri...
I am a Midtown son long since flown the coop(93-97). This place holds a special romance for me.The beauty of midtown atlanta nestles this perfect cuban dining experience. There is no gratuitous spicing of the food. It is hearty with home kitchen taste. Not being of Cuban origin, I can still attest ...
By the way, the Pollo Frito and the fried plantain were wonderful. Also, black beans a rice served with fresh olive oil on the side really schooled me in the basics of Cuban cuisine.
I have frequented this restaurant a few times and have never left unsatisfied. As a native Atlantan of Puerto Rican heritage my family and I found the food to be very authentic and reasonable. The service was excellent and the ambiance quaint. The owners were very friendly also. Love the lemony garl...
It was great. They are closed down now
