I've eaten at Johns at least 2 dozen times since the current owners bought it. It's the best meal for the money you'll find. The entertainment is tops, and the trivia game is fun!

It took us a long while to get seated as the waitstaff seemed to be fighting among themselves. The food was mediocre and even though we were seated in the nonsmoking section, we asked to move because of the smoke. Probably won't go back.
My wife went out for some "home cooked" dining. Ordered the "senior's" serving. Received a blob of mashed potato(instant potato, several thin slivers of turkey smeared with can gravy. The waitress "forgot" the biscuit, later returned with a crusty biscuit.
