Best pizza I've had since 1961

Judging by the reviews, we chose this restaurant as we wanted to get away from the usual 'chain' style restaurant. But what a disappointment. The place was scruffy, grubby and the salad bar was very poor, having run out of certain items, and the seats were hard and lumpy, as well as torn in places...
AL has the best Pizza, Calzone and Classic italian dishes ever. His sauce is great and all his dough, Pastas, and meatballs are homemade by his wife. Perfect choice for dinner or Lunch anytime
I would like my waffles with batter in them next time, and bacon made from actual meat.

My wife and I return to Abios over and over for a few simple reasons, first being the food is amazing. We are called by name each time we go, and the conversations make you feel like family. Love the place!!!
