The bang-bang shrimp were out of this world. And the chilean sea bass was wonderful.

Awesome catering and delivery service. They take real pride in the quality and presentation of their food. That's hard to find in town.
Friend of mine summed it up nicely: it felt like we were being served hospital food at extraordinarlily high prices. Just buy frozen chicken breasts, white rice, and canned beans and pineapple...throw it together...and call it a day...but don't call it "fresh" or "savory."
Being from South Florida I know a bit about Carribean cuisine and this was not it. The food was void of seasonings and the beans were watery.

Nice little local spot. Great patio seating. My dish was decent but my friend's grouper plate was excellent.
Went here with a large party for dinner. The service was great. We loved the food and didn't even realize we spent 3 hours having dinner. They didn't rush us, they were patient with kids and elderly that attended with us.

I was very impressed. Sitting outside on the deck made me feel like I was far away from Gainesville and on vacation. It's tucked back away from the road so you don't get the noise pollution. Food was fantastic and drinks were a good price and tasted good. I will definitely be back!

I cannot believe the service that I was given at this restaurant. We were sitting at the table for over 15 min before anyone came to get our drinks. Dined there Sunday afternoon, The food was terrible and the service was worse, I watched customer after customer told they would not seat anyone else before 3:30 and they closed at 4:00. The hamburger was under cooked and tasteless, the fries looked freezer burned and greasy. Will not go back
I would love to eat here. Unfortunately, I had to leave after sitting at a table for 20 minutes and not getting a drink, a menu or any sort of acknowledgement. I noticed another table leave rght before us. They didn't get anyone to wait on them either.

This is your typical gainesville restaurant: mediocre grilled food for the student population who don't know a real restaurant and staffed by the local student population.
