Always an enjoyable time, I have been to Hibachi many times and to do the same in the future! They have very reasonable 'early-bird' meals during the week, the same meal as later but lower priced. A very nice restaurant if you like the Teppan-style of cooking (cooked at your table).
By far superior to Benihana's (my favorite restaurant for many years).

GREAT SUNDAY BRUNCH! JUST WISH THEY WOULD HAVE MORE COUPON SPECIALS FOR PHILADELPHIA AREA.
I've been going to Hibachi's for many years now, and will continue to go, the service is always top notch and the food is amazing. To read other reviews and see someone say eyedrops were put in their drink makes me think they've watched too many movies and want nothing but a free meal cause two peo...
This place is amazing! It is so much fun, and the food is great. The only drawback is that the tables seat 12, so you are often sitting with strangers.
Ichiban isn't fancy-looking, but the food is excellent and we eat there regularly because the staff is so nice. Hibachi is right next door and offers all-you-can-eat sushi which we keep saying we should try, but we haven't gone yet because every time we have the choice, we pick Ichiban. Love the sus...
Love it! Love it! Love it!
The food there was delish! I tend to mix it up and order from the Korean side of the menu which is just as great. Its clean, quite and best of all the food was great. I recommend the Korean Bul go Ki and the Tempura meal, and the miso soup is just as great.
Food and service are top notch. Sushi & Sashimi are always fresh and delicious. It's become a regular stop for us...
Being from Northern DE, I was excited to see a Sushi Restaurant in Dover. I've been visiting for years and love the food. Everything is always fresh, they have no problem with special orders, their sushi rolls are unique and flavorful, and the staff is awesome. Watching the chef's prepare, you ap...
I started coming to this restaurant right after the ownership changed. "A" is a great guy, and retired military, so I feel a little more comraderie with him. The place is clean, comfortable and laid out in a pleasing fashion. The food is awesome! I can tell the owner puts a lot of pride into it ...
Great food at a reasonable price. The chef goes right outside to the smoker and gets your food. Now that is fresh cooked.
A great place for lunch with inexpensive "lunchbox" specials that allow you to sample Japanese food if you've not tried it before. The "lunchboxes" come with soup and a small salad and the price is very reasonable. The staff are very pleasant and the food arrives promptly. It's a great place to try ...
Good food, but their prices have gone out of sight and no longer represent the quality of the meal. If I am going to pay prices like this I'll take a drive to Harry's in Greensboro, Md. and have an exceptional dinner! Again, the food is fine but the price is too much
Good, not dazzling. It is the type of place where you need to know what is good - the grilled seafood is just that - plain grilled seafood. If that is what you want, fine, I generally prefer a little seasoning or sauce. The scallop appetizer is excellent. The ambiance is odd, in that there isn...
Generally good food but the sauces need help. Very greasy tempura, but not bad.
We normally would frequent the Hibachi in Bear and love it but since moving to Middletown we decided to give this one a try - big mistake. First it was extremely hot in the entire resturant, our waitress so so. The chief was nice however there was no flame(fire) to "start the show" there was no stea...
I visited Dover from California and took my 89-year old grandmother and 70-year old mother to dinner on July 9 at the local Hibachi. I ordered green tea. The waiter/manager, Ernesto?, said their machine that makes tea was broken. My mother asked if they couldn't heat up hot water to make the tea. Th...
Got food poisoning on 11-28-09. Used to be a good place.
