The food is great, the owners are horrible and the cost is way too high!!
The food is always very good. An entire dozen of clams is served with the Linguine w/ white clam sauce. The veal is alway tender and deleicous.
Man, you've got to try their sandwiches. The sprouted spelt bread is out of sight! Terrific folks, very comfortable and comforting to hang there, meet with friends, hear some music, drink great coffee (w/o pretense), and they welcome folks with disabilities, as well.
Grumpy's is a simple sandwich shop, open once to serve the workers of the bearing and brass factories. It continues to open it's door at 4:30 or so in the morning and closes after lunch.
